I'd like to schedule a Photo Shoot with Erik Grammer & I need a Web Site and/or Brochures. What's the next step?

Give us a call with the property address and we will schedule a time for your shoot. Once the photo shoot is completed and we have received all your property & Agent information we will design your Web Site &/or Brochures. Links to your MLS formatted photographs & your hi-rez advertising photographs are delivered via email along with proofs of your Web Site &/or Brochures. Printed brochures are delivered directly to your office.

How long does all this take?

• Your MLS & High Resolution Advertising Photographs are delivered via email within 24 hours of the shoot
• Web Sites can be completed and online within 48 hours of the shoot
• Brochures are delivered to your office 5 business days after approval of the design. Faster turnaround is available. Please call for pricing.

May I use the photographs for Newspaper/Magazine advertising, and other property marketing services?

Absolutely! The photographs are licensed to you for the express purpose of marketing your property and remain available to you for the duration of your listing agreement. Please note that his is a non-transferable license that expires with the listing agreement. The copyright for all photographs remains the sole property of the photographer.

When do you take payment and what are my payment options?

Payment is due at the end of the photography session and prior to the delivery of the web site and/or brochures. Our rates reflect a 3% discount for payment by cash or check. We also happily accept credit cards though they are billed at the non-discounted rate.

Do you offer larger quantities of brochures, or 11"x17" folded brochures?
